What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive what you type or choose: your name, phone number, what you need help with, your nursing agency if you list one, your child's Medicaid type, the best time to reach you, how you heard about us, and your answers to the quick check. The quick check itself runs in your browser and nothing is sent until you press the button to contact us.

How we use it

We use your information only to contact you and help with your child's GAPP situation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.

How it is sent

Your request is sent to our private inbox through an email delivery service. If you agree, we may coordinate with your nursing agency about your child's case. We ask for your written permission before we request records from a doctor or agency.

Sharing documents

When you are ready to share letters or records, we send you a private, secure upload link. Please do not send medical records by regular email or through the website form.

What this website does not do

This website does not use advertising trackers. It does not ask for your child's name, diagnosis, or Medicaid number in the online form. Please do not send medical records through the form. We will send you a private, secure upload link when you are ready.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Call or text (470) 862-2314.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Clear

Plain answers about your route, your deadline, and what it will take.

Careful

We check every date and every record against your decision letter.

On your side

We do the work so you can spend your time on your child.
